Excelsior correspondent POONCH, Sept 30: In a significant welfare initiative on the eve of Sewa Parv, Deputy Commissioner Poonch Ashok Kumar Sharma has disbursed an amount of Rs 12,62,254 among registered construction workers under various labour welfare schemes.
