Data centre certification push to be tailored to make it AI ready

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) is working on establishing national standards for operations and maintenance of AI data centres, which have vastly different requirements than traditional data centres. These facilities require five times higher power and 10 times more water, according to industry estimates.
