Cyient Semiconductors Raises ₹300 Crore from EAAA Alternatives at ₹4,650 Crore Valuation

Cyient Semiconductors secured ₹300 crore in its first external funding round from EAAA Alternatives at an equity valuation of ₹4,650 crore (approximately USD 500 million), structured as ₹200 crore in NCDs and ₹100 crore in CCD/CCPS. The capital will fund R&D, lab infrastructure, and working capital, with Cyient Limited pledging 100% of its shareholding in the subsidiary as security. Management outlined a three-segment business model with power ASSPs comprising 50%–60% of revenues, an ASIC pipeline of approximately USD 100 million, and an addressable power semiconductor market of approximately USD 8.5 billion, targeting EBIT breakeven in late FY27 to early FY28.
