Congress MLA Amin Patel met BEST General Manager Dr Sonia Sethi at BEST Bhavan in Colaba on Tuesday, raising South Mumbai’s recurring power outages, delayed restoration and infrastructure concerns. Patel said senior citizens and small businesses face inconvenience, sought removal of overhead and jumper wires, and urged BEST to strengthen maintenance response systems for island city consumers.
