Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis called for a “Zero Bureaucracy” model, saying governance should function like a startup with simplified processes and minimal human intervention. Speaking at Civil Services Day, he said reforms through e-governance and Aaple Sarkar 2.0 aim to improve transparency, efficiency and citizen-centric delivery of key public services.
