Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Sept 26: Inter-College Fencing Championship for Men and Women, organized by the Cluster University of Jammu, was successfully conducted under the supervision of Government MAM College. Dr. Vinod Bakshi, Director Physical Education and Sports at Cluster University of Jammu, was chief guest and he underscored the importance of students’ participation in sports and physical activities.
