Bombay HC Calls Kanjurmarg Odour Pollution An Emergency, Seeks Immediate Measures To Protect Citizens’ Health

Calling the situation an emergency, the Bombay High Court directed authorities to immediately curb odour pollution from the Kanjurmarg dumping site. Citing Article 21, the court criticised BMC’s inaction, sought short-term measures, and ordered an affidavit ahead of the next hearing on December 24.
