AXISCADES Divests Aerospace Unit to Akkodis for USD 206.30 Million to Fund Power 930 Growth Plan

AXISCADES Technologies has divested its Aerospace Engineering Services business to Akkodis for USD 206.30 million in a two-tranche deal approved on June 12, 2026. The transaction, with total closing payments of USD 152.35 million, will fund the company's Power 930 growth plan targeting Rs 9,000 crore revenue and Rs 960 crore PAT by FY2030, while repositioning AXISCADES around Aerospace Manufacturing, Defence, AI-centric ESAI, and a new Space division.
