Amagi Media Labs has announced its ₹1,788.62 crore IPO with a price band of ₹343-361 per share, opening January 13, 2026. The offering includes ₹816 crore fresh issue and ₹972.62 crore OFS, targeting ₹7,809.84 crore market cap. The cloud-based broadcast technology company showed strong growth with FY25 revenue of ₹1,162.64 crore (32.24% YoY growth) and turned EBITDA positive at 2.02%, improving to 8.26% in H1 FY26 with net profit of ₹6.47 crore.
