Amagi Media Labs on Thursday announced its ₹1,788 crore IPO will open on January 13 and close on January 16. Priced at ₹343–361 per share, the issue includes a ₹816 crore fresh issue and a ₹973 crore OFS. Valued at over ₹7,800 crore, the SaaS firm plans to use proceeds to strengthen technology, cloud infrastructure, and fund acquisitions.
