Allcargo Logistics Limited's Board of Directors approved utilisation of Rs 64.71 crore unutilised QIP proceeds from amalgamated Allcargo Gati Limited at its February 5, 2026 meeting. The funds, remaining from a QIP approved in February 2024, will be used for general corporate purposes subject to monitoring agency ICRA Limited's review.
