Adani Enterprises Limited completed the acquisition of Punj Lloyd Ltd's Defence Unit through its wholly owned subsidiary ADSTL on March 10, 2026. The transaction was executed under a Business Transfer Agreement signed on February 28, 2026, with the Defence Unit located at Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh now under ADSTL's control.
